Stubborn Samson

Posted By Philistine Ruler

Samson is the obstacle of my rule. He is always in my way with his obstruct actions. This time I heard he's at it again. My servants have told me he has burned foxes on our land killing crops. I asked why and they said because his wife was taken away. So I ordered them to go kill his wife and her family. I suppose Samson was sad because he went into hiding. I then went to he residents if Judah and told them to reason with Samson and to capture him unharmed. They did that and brought him to me. As soon as he got to my palace he broke his restraints and killed 1,000 of my men with the jawbone of a donkey

Your Great Power

Samson had a long wheat harvest season, and I sent him to go to his wife's home but I felt he dientes deserve her, so I parted them. I know Samson was furious but this is what had to be done. Samson needs to fight the oppression of the Philistines, in order for him to do that he needs to be enraged. I would rather have him not mad, but his is what is needed.

I later sent Samson to gather three hundred foxes and burn them on Philistine land. Once the Philistiens were informed, they sought his capture, so I gave Samson the emotion to be captured and had a plan. When Samson arrived at the Pho,is tines place, I gave Samson his strength back and the bond on his hands just melted away. I gave him the ultimate power, so he can judge the Philistines, and he did just that.  He came across the jaw born of a donkey and killed 1,000 men. He judged the philistines for twenty years.

One Man Army

Posted by Samson

It's been a long wheat harvest season but I finally get to see my beloved Philistine wife. I approached her house bearing a young goat and asked her father to go in her room, but he refuses my request. I was struck with sadness when I heard his response. When I asked him why, he had thought I did not have feelings for her anymore so he said he gave her way to my best man and that I should have her younger sister. I was so enraged at this statement and said that it's not my fault if I harm the Philistines because you forced it upon me. So I gathered three hundred foxes and out of rage, burned them all on Philistine land. I suppose they were infuriated with my actions because when they found out that I had burned their land, they responded by slaying my wife and her family.

I then struck the Philistines hip and thigh, a great slaughter it was. After I went to hide in a cleft in the crag of Etam. Soon I would find my self discovered by Philistines. I told them that trying to kill me would not end well, so they took me me prisoner. Something odd came about me during my first hours of imprisonment. I believe I felt the power of God giving me strentgh and the bond holding my hands melted away. Coming across the jawbone of a donkey, I picked it up, using it to  slay 1,000 Philistines.
